What’s Available

Stock at the Bicester Village outlet typically spans:

CategoryTypical Items
TailoringSuits, blazers, separates
FormalwearDress shirts, knitwear, ties
Smart-casualPolo shirts, chinos, outerwear
AccessoriesBelts, cufflinks, small leather goods

Stock varies by season and delivery, and the outlet doesn’t carry Hackett’s full current-season range or its Savile Row bespoke and made-to-measure tailoring — those remain a mainline-store service only.

Tax-Free Shopping

Bicester Village no longer offers over-the-counter VAT refunds for international visitors — that scheme ended across Great Britain in January 2021. Some boutiques instead offer tax-free international shipping: eligible purchases are shipped to an overseas address with UK VAT deducted, subject to delivery charges and any import duties payable in the destination country. Participation varies by brand and by season, so it’s worth asking in-store whether Hackett London currently offers this for your purchase.

Savings & Deals

Discounts typically run up to 40% off RRP. Selection is usually strongest just after seasonal changeovers (January and July) and during Bicester Village’s Black Friday period, when stock turnover across the Village increases. Because this is outlet and end-of-line stock, exact discounts and sizes vary by visit — it isn’t a guaranteed cross-range 40%.

Shopping Tip

Menswear tailoring sizes sell through fastest, so arrive within the first hour of opening if you’re after a specific suit size. Staff can usually advise whether a particular size is likely to be restocked that day.

About Hackett London

Hackett London was founded in 1983 by Jeremy Hackett and Ashley Lloyd-Jennings, who started out selling vintage menswear from a stall on Portobello Road before opening their first proper shop on London’s King’s Road. The brand built its name on reviving classic English tailoring — tweed, cavalry twill, clean-cut suiting — at a time when British menswear had drifted away from its own heritage. That identity has stayed consistent ever since: Savile Row–influenced tailoring, sporting references drawn from polo, cricket and motorsport, and a colour palette built around navy, cream and country-house green. The brand has changed hands more than once since the 1990s — including a spell under the Swiss luxury group Richemont between 1992 and 2005 — and today sits within AWWG, the Spain-based fashion group that also owns Pepe Jeans, following a 2015 investment by M1 Group and L Capital Asia. Through all of that, Hackett has kept its Savile Row presence and its reputation for tailoring that outperforms most competitors at the same price point. At Bicester Village, the Hackett London boutique occupies Unit 135 in the North Zone, stocking past-season and outlet-specific pieces from the brand’s tailoring, smart-casual and sportswear lines at outlet prices.
